You are a member of the Valencia HOA the moment you close on your beautiful new home in Valencia.
Included in your annual assessment are:
- Access and upkeep of all amenities, parks and walking trails
- Upkeep of community landscaping
- Onsite HOA General Manager
Total annual dues: $1,100
Taxes:
2023 Tax Rate: $3.40 per $100 assessed value*
